This monograph was first produced as an article and used for a presentation with Alan Silverman to the National Institute on Litigation Management Techniques sponsored by the ABA, New York, May 14-15, and Chicago, June 4-5, 1987. It appeared in article form in the Professional Litigation Services Directory, supplement to the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, 1995. It was revised and updated for re-release.
Using a Rule-Out Hypothesis to Prove Liability - Fall/Winter 2000. This monograph summarizes "Factors that Cause Business Change." It reviews The 21 Factors "Before-and-after" economic analysis, using the rule-out hypothesis, which has evolved over the years. Included are comments from U. S. District Judge Richard G. Kopf.
Now, Sue Those Consultants - Summer 2001. This third Litigation Services Review monograph summarizes the evolution of the consulting profession and the protection afforded to practitioners and clients alike under professional standards.
Chicago Consultant Aids Record Riot Convictions - Coopers & Lybrand LLP, 1983. This four page monograph reviews the unusual role consultants played in advising the Office of the District Attorney, First Judicial District, Santa Fe New Mexico. This prosecutorial office had the single most successful riot prosecution effort in the history of the United States dealing with a domestic prison riot.
